Regional Medical Center of San Jose. A $140 million, 250,000-SF multi-phased expansion and renovation project for HCA. The new expansion consists of a four-story patient tower with a new main entrance to the hospital, ED addition, central plant addition, and two-story patient wing build-out. Renovation of the existing facility includes a new radiology department, fire sprinkler retrofit, pharmacy, central sterile, material management, and data center.

Riverside Community Hospital new 7 story Patient Tower. The project includes 292,000-SF of new construction consisting primarily of patient beds along with essential services including dietary, pharmacy, lab, materials management, and sterilization. The renovation consists of 30,000-SF of existing facilities adjacent to the new hospital with tie-ins along with departmental upgrades in the adjacent space. Including a complete renovation of the existing imaging department.

Channing House of Palo Alto. Upscale Senior Living Facility with a skilled nursing center on the second floor. We workied with the staff to accomadate the senior residents during extensive living space remodels. Successfully completed a glazing replacement project and balcony retrofit to keep the residents safe and happy.
